I loved its location and staff, nice building. Very comfy beds, coffee and free tea in the room.

Though everything was great, check-out was not good.

The hotel was clean and had good location and stuff.

It had every detail we needed, loved staff and location. The room on the top floors. Had a shower, hair dryers and bath sheets in the bathroom.

The venue is clean, with decent location not far from Reykjavik, the most important sights to see. Well-organised rooms, exceptional views of the room on the first floor.

The hotel was a fantastic base for enjoying a local area, near the main bus station and Reykjavik and Iceland. The personnel was decent and affable.

Good service, responsive and informative staff. Could use their private parking.

The place was fairly clean, I liked its staff and location. Everything was simply perfect.

Everything was excellent and I had a really great time. I appreciated the standard queen room. The breakfast was hearty, there was lots of food to chose from. Stunningly beautiful hotel located close to city centre and Reykjavik City Hall and the most important sights.

The venue was clean, offered very good location and staff. The room was functional with balcony, I appreciated it.

Location is unbeatable, staff is best! It is equipped with bidet, which is a bonus.

It was a perfect 10/10 stay. Reasonably clean place accompanied by knowledgeable staff. Terrific service and a CHEAP restaurant, available onsite.

The personnel was professional offered me a functional room with excellent breakfast and beds made each day and very good WiFi. Also, location was ideal, at a moderate distance from Parking.

A little small bathroom, and the breakfast was extremely bad.

Staff and location were fabulous, I really enjoyed that. Freshly cooked dishes were served at the traditional restaurant. Friendliness of hotel staff. Excellent city centre venue set in the charming area. I found snacks in the reception👍

Downside was the air conditioning, it was a bit noisy.

Top location, the staff was very kind, also beds were extremely comfy. I enjoyed savoury breakfast. Overall the service was fantastic. There were good internet and safe parking available.

I came here for 1 night and had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. I loved this hotel : substantial breakfast and my long room. Lakes and a harbor were close to the venue, the staff were patient. A traditional restaurant was cozy.

Standard decor, service oriented staff, amazing bed. Generous breakfast, really good food, well priced. I liked the standard room I was given, it had free wireless internet access, coffee and closet space. They made my stay enjoyable. The provided service was excellent too.

Great food and staff and all in all it's superior hotel. We had good sized room with TV set with satellite channels, a mini fridge bar and a work desk. The personnel of the property were courteous!
